VALID 2010 PHRF of the
Mid-Atlantic Ratings and Action List
All organizing authorities and racing skippers are reminded
that any boat racing within the geographic area covered by
PHRF of the Mid-Atlantic, must have a VALID certificate to
race. Yacht which do not have VALID certificates are
subject to protest under the racing rules of sailing.
PHRF-MA does not issue guest ratings unless a boat holds a
valid certificate from another rating authority. This
certificate is good only for a single regatta per season.
The power to grant a guest rating lies solely with PHRF-MA
and not with any regatta organizing authority. Furthermore
PHRF is a registered trademark of US PHRF, which PHRF-MA is
a member and licensed to use.
